Indianapolis AI Consulting Firm NevTech AI Launches Free AI Strategy Sessions for Indiana Businesses
INDIANAPOLIS, IN, UNITED STATES, September 13, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — The AI Roadmap program offers 30-minute AI consulting sessions that identify which business workflows are candidates for automation, following survey data showing most small businesses use AI without measurable results
NevTech AI, an Indianapolis-based AI consulting and implementation company, today announced the launch of its AI Roadmap program, a free 30-minute AI strategy and consulting session for Indiana small and mid-sized businesses. Each session identifies the three workflows in a business most suited to automation, the estimated savings for each, and the projected cost of implementation.
The program responds to a gap documented in a 2026 survey of 1,047 U.S. small business owners by Simply Business: 62 percent reported using AI in their business, but the majority of that use was limited to brainstorming and drafting emails. The same survey identified the leading barriers to further adoption as concern about AI errors on consequential tasks (36 percent), data security (34 percent), and uncertainty about where to begin (31 percent). Eighty-six percent of respondents said the ability to reach a human remains important.
“Most of the people pitching AI to business owners have never had to make payroll,” said Cody Neville, founder and CEO of NevTech AI. “They understand the software. They do not understand what it is like to run the business. We built our automation inside our own companies first, then inside the businesses we serve, so when we sit down with an owner we are talking about workflows we have actually run, not a demo. The Roadmap session is designed to answer one question: where would automation pay for itself in this specific business.”
Rollout, not tools
NevTech’s implementation model begins with a mapping of the business’s existing workflows rather than with a software product. Automations are built to keep staff involved at any step where an error would affect a patient or customer, and the company remains engaged through training and adoption.
“Most technology projects fail in the rollout, not the code,” Neville said. “The work is not finished when the software runs. It is finished when the team is using it.”
Background
NevTech develops and operates workflow automation across several sectors, including a coffee company, a commercial equipment service business, a telehealth and medical-imaging platform used by hospitals and practices, and a municipal video surveillance network. In those environments, AI systems handle inbound calls, quoting, follow-up routing, and reporting.
The company’s AI receptionist service, which answers calls around the clock and captures inquiries that would otherwise reach voicemail, is among the most common first projects for local practices and trade businesses.
Program details
AI Roadmap strategy sessions are available to Indiana businesses of any size. Business owners who have received proposals from other AI consultants or vendors may bring them for review during the session. Sessions can be scheduled at www.nevtech.io or by calling (317) 508-9493.
